Don't see us in your local store? Print off our Product Request Form, and speak to the store manager where you shop. Tell them that you would love to see Honey Stinger on the shelf, and mention your favorite flavors. Honey Stinger Waffles have a best buy date of 12 months from date of manufacture and gels, bars and chews have a best by date of 18 months from date of manufacture. All of our products have a best buy date printed on the individual product packaging.
All Honey Stinger products are made from natural ingredients so they are great snacks for children.
Our Ginsting, Chocolate and Strawberry-Kiwi Gels, Cherry Cola and Lime-ade Energy Chews are naturally caffeinated, so many parents choose to avoid giving these products to children.
Our warehouse would be happy to add some stickers to your shipment when you place your next order. Click here and request stickers be added to your order.
We do our best to ship in-stock offers the next business day. Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 2-5 business days based on your selected shipping method. The cutoff time for same day expedited shipping is 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday – Friday.
Yes, we can. If you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO (Military) please choose US Priority Mail as your shipping method.
If you live in Colorado at the time of check out you will be able to select Local Pick Up. Please only use this option if you intend to pick up your product in person at 735 Oak Street (BAP aka the Little Red House) in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. If you select this option you will receive an email when your shipment has been fulfilled and product will be available to be picked up the following day.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at buzz@honeystinger.com or by calling 866.GO.HONEY (866.464.6639). Our customer service team will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue you a refund. Don’t worry, we’ve got you taken care of.
Our products undergo thorough quality assurance procedures to ensure they live up to our high standards. However, if you receive your product and it is defective, damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations please snap a photo and send it to buzz@honeystinger.com so that we can assess the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will either replace your purchase or issue you a refund, whichever you prefer.

Yes, Honey Stinger takes great pride in the selection of ingredients we use in our products, and only use the highest quality available, which include Non-GMO ingredients.
We use honey as a sweetener in our products. Honey has the same glucose to fructose ratio of fruit, 1:1. If you can eat fruit without getting an upset stomach you should be able to eat Honey Stinger without any problems.
No, many Honey Stinger products can be used as a healthy snack alternative or meal replacement because we use honey as our main sweetener and energy source. The Energy Chews, Waffles, Energy Bars, and Organic Cracker Bars™ are great healthy snack alternatives. The 10G protein bars are a great meal replacement snack or after-workout recovery bar.
Yes! The energy in Honey Stinger comes from honey so you shouldn’t feel large fluctuations in energy if you eat any of our products as a snack.
We use honey as a sweetener in all of our products, though we don’t add any sugar. Honey is comprised of multiple simple sugars: glucose, fructose, maltose, trisaccharides and sucrose. Your body utilizes these simple sugars for energy production to keep you going. On the contrary, complex carbohydrates need to be broken down into simple sugars before they can be used by your body. Therefore, simple sugars provide a more efficient form of energy then complex carbohydrates.
While some vegans eat honey, our products are not vegan because they contain honey, which is produced by friendly bees.
Energy comes from the carbohydrates and the honey. Honey is a natural sugar and lower on the glycemic index than refined sugar. The glycemic index of foods refers to how quickly and how high 'blood sugar' (glucose) increases in comparison to pure glucose. Honey is a mix of simple sugars: glucose and fructose (there are others but in smaller proportions). Sucrose is comprised of glucose and fructose joined together, which our bodies need to break down before they can be used, which takes time. In honey the glucose & fructose molecules are not joined so they can be used straight away. Protein in the Energy Bars & 10G Protein Bars is also a source of energy.
Sodium, potassium and magnesium are vital electrolytes that keep your muscles functioning while minimizing cramping associated with intense exercise.
The Classic Energy Gels consist of 95% honey, giving them a strong honey flavor. Besides the organic certification, the Organic Gels are a combination of organic honey and organic tapioca syrup to give them less viscosity than the Classic Gels as well as a less prominent honey flavor.
The Strawberry Kiwi and Chocolate Gel’s 32mg of caffeine is from green tea extract. The Ginsting Gel’s 32mg of caffeine is from kola nut extract.
